The hotel is clean enough, it's in a safe neighborhood and a very good value for the area. It is in the heart of Traverse City very close to the water. Limited parking- no trailer parkin, but there are safe parking lots close enough for overnight parking. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good enough. I will definitely return and recommend it for what it is, a very good budget motel. Wishing you good travels. 😊 Terry

Jessica, at the Knights Inn, was really friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the bottom floor and she was able to get me a room that fit my exact specifications. The room that I stayed in was very comfortable and clean. Excellent proximity to downtown Traverse City.

The friendliness of the staff absolutely made my stay. They were so incredibly compassionate and understanding with our time constraints and needs. The Junior Suite room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable in its spaciousness.

The television system is horrible. The host couldn't get the t.v. to work, so we had none. There were stains on the carpet, but we were told at check-in. Apparently, we stayed before a remodel.

Manager Jessica was SO helpful! Property was clean and centrally located. The room was very clean and comfortable. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels. I will definitely go back!
